Shades of Someone Else is a film loosely based of my life. It is a character-driven drama centered on a young man who has spent years hiding behind emotional masks—symbolized through different “shades”—as he copes with trauma, suicide attempts, expectations, and cultural pressures. When those false identities begin to crack, he embarks on a transformative journey of self-awareness and healing. The film blends emotional storytelling with strong visual metaphors and addresses themes of mental health, resilience, and identity, making it both socially relevant and commercially impactful.
